Corrections policy

Last updated: 07/05/2026

Every author makes mistakes β€” including us. We believe in correcting them transparently. Below you will find information on how to report an error and how we correct it.

How to report an error

Send an email to editorial@robotsatlas.com with a link to the article and a brief description of the error. The more details (quote from the article, source of the correct information), the faster we can verify the report.

Types of corrections

Factual errors

Inaccuracies in dates, numbers, names, technical parameters. We correct these immediately after verification and add an "Update" section under the article.

Typos and minor language errors

We fix these without an extra note, unless they change the meaning of the text.

Interpretation errors

If we drew an incorrect conclusion from facts, we add a note with the corrected interpretation and a link to the original version.

Response time

Goal: correction within 24 hours of error confirmation. In practice most corrections are made much faster.

Transparency of changes

Every significant correction is marked in the article with an "Update: [date]" section describing the change. We do not silently modify content β€” we want you to know what was changed and why.
