UBTECH Robotics

UBTECH ROBOTICS CORP LTD is a Chinese technology company founded in March 2012 in Shenzhen, specializing in humanoid robots and smart service robots. On 29 December 2023 the company was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 9880.HK), becoming the first humanoid robotics company listed in Hong Kong. UBTECH develops a full stack of humanoid robotics technology: motion planning and control, high-performance servo actuators, AI technologies (brain-like and cerebellum-like functions), integrated robotics-AI technologies (SLAM, autonomy, visual servoing, human-robot interaction) and its proprietary Robot Operating System Application Framework (ROSA 2.0). The Walker was the first commercialized biped life-sized humanoid robot in China. By June 2025 the company held over 2,790 robotics and AI-related patents. Walker S, Walker S1 and Walker S2 are deployed on automotive production lines.
