Cassie is an industrial robot built by Tutor Intelligence for around-the-clock handling of pallets and cases in logistics and manufacturing environments. The hardware is purpose-designed for material handling, and the software supports unlimited SKUs without changeover downtime.
The robot integrates with existing facility infrastructure β end-of-line setups, racking and conveyance β without requiring layout changes. Operators load pallet specifications much like a human worker, and a tablet-based interface lets line staff operate the system after brief training.
Cassie is delivered under a Robotics-as-a-Service model: hourly rates from $14/hr, a per-pick model for full case-picking workflows (with a stated reduction in per-pick cost of at least 20%), or upfront purchase with an annual service plan. Each unit comes with 24/7 remote support and always-on AI improvements, with no contract lock-in.
Cassie fleets also power Data Factory 1 β Tutor Intelligence's training facility with 100 semi-humanoid robots producing training data for the company's first end-to-end robot foundation model (Ti0) and its next humanoid platform Sonny.
